(Causually) "That's disgusting."

Apparently, this kind of thing is just a littke ickie for good ol' Regina.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and when I first had this game, I genuinely couldn't tell if Rick was a man or woman.

When I first had this game I thought Dr Kirk was really Jareth from Labyrinth. :D

In the Japanese script, she actually says "…お気の毒", meaning literally "...pitiful", but also used to express sorrow at something unfortunate (like saying "I'm sorry" when someone's relatives die). Given the ellipses we're only seeing a fragment of a larger sentence. Maybe "[how] pitiful". She seems more sympathetic in this version than in the English.

It's the scene early in the game where Regina finds Gail looking over the corpse of a guard who's missing the lower half of his body.
